The TPI Fitness Screen
A 12 screen test formulated by the TPI Team to fully assess your body in the context of your golf swing with reference to the most common swing flaws. The TPI Fitness screen helps identify linkage problems, and a variety of mobility and stability problems. Using the TPI Fitness Screen we can get you started on the first set of exercises you need to do to improve your golf swing. You will work with Chris to go through this evaluation and the TPI Fitness program that follows. The TPI fitness Program is best managed weekly or less frequently depending on your abilities and issues. Because your body is changing almost daily, the fitness screen is repeated every so often and your exercise program is advanced according to your ability.
The TPI Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
This is a 65 screen test formulated by Gray Cook and the TPI team to evaluate your entire musculoskeletal system to find muscle imbalances, movement dysfunction and injured tissues. This procedure is conducted by our TPI Approved Medical Professional, Neil. The SFMA is designed to find the cause of problems as well as the problems themselves. You will see Neil and his physical therapy team to resolve any issues before returning to Chris to continue your golf fitness program.

The Master’s Program
A customized Body Balance for Performance program for the individual that considers golf the only way of life.
The Master's Program is a one-on-one, custom-designed golf fitness training program. It is based on the results of the Golf Performance Evaluation. This program includes hands-on, deep tissue work, manual therapy, and golf-specific exercises. It creates dramatic and rapid changes in your flexibility, control, strength, power, and endurance. Program cost and duration vary, but in general this is a twice per week program scheduled for six week intervals.
* The Golf Performance Evaluation must be completed to participate in the program.
DBS Assessments
The DBS, Dynamic Balance System, monitors your center of gravity through the swing while providing immediate visual feedback. This system allows you the chance to see, in graphic detail, how you maintain your balance throughout your swing. Chris will then be able to explain how your body's limitations influence these movements.
