"I have seen several teaching pros, and their feedback was always consistent. I swayed too much in my lower body and had no rotation. Through Body Balance I was educated on how severe my limitations and weaknesses were, and my posture was painful to watch on video. I was committed to giving it a try. Suffice to say that my improved golf scores attest to my progress. Before Body Balance I found it difficult to break 100. Halfway through the program, I have posted an 88 and a number of scores in the low 90's. I was hitting 10% greens in regulation and now over 50% at present. My nagging back pain has left and my posture has improved significantly. My handicap earlier in my golf career was a 12. "Before my first visit to Body Balance for Performance®, my game was horribly inconsistent. To add to the frustration, I experienced a great deal of pain in my back, shoulders, and arms with each swing. The more my upper body hurt - the higher my score. I was nearly ready to give up golf altogether when my pro suggested I contact Body Balance. After my second session, I could see and feel a difference in my game and the pain was immediately dramatically reduced. Etta [my Golf Fitness Specialist] recognized that my hip rotation wasn't sufficient to execute a swing and my shoulders needed a lot of improvement. She developed an exercise and training program for me that could easily be done anywhere and fits nicely into my work travel schedule. Last week, I had my first golf lesson since starting the Complete Golf Health and Fitness training program. My pro was very pleased with my progress, especially noting that my back swing was fluid and much improved. The improved back swing is a direct result of the Body Balance program focusing on my hip rotation and shoulder movement. "Last Thursday, for the first time ever, I drove the ball 340 yards! I said to myself, ‘where did this come from?’ It’s March, and still cold outside. During the summer months, I will average 280-290 yards, but never 340! I have been working with Mike for less than three weeks, and already my swing feels looser. Additionally, I am actually able to ‘feel’ with my irons like I never have before. My scores are also starting to come down, although it is a little early to see the long-term results. Last week I played four rounds and scored: 80, 79, 78, 78. Last summer I scored a 79 only once. These results are unbelievable to me, and I am completely sold on Body Balance!"

"After trying physical therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, acupressure and various medications, I did not realize any favorable results until I started working with Body Balance for Performance. I was contemplating giving up golf because I could not play without being in terrible pain.
