Physical Therapy for Active People at SRCPT

When you come to therapy, please bring athletic attire. We will need to evaluate your musculoskeletal system in order to define a plan of treatment. You will see a physical therapist for your first visit, and every subsequent visit after that. The number of visits you should plan for is variable based on your particular issue, but typically we see patients about 11 times.

We believe in putting muscle into rehab, this means that you will learn exercises and be coached back to health.

We offer our patients the flexibility of extended hours, acceptance of multiple insurance plans, a broad array of wellness services, including our post-rehab training services, and plentiful free parking.

A doctor’s referral may be required by your insurance company to cover the cost of your care. In most cases you do not actually need a referral to see us, though we prefer working with your doctor to help you recover fully. Please check with your insurance company before setting your appointment, or call us to help you.

We are currently accepting new patients. Please Contact Us with questions or Request an Appointment.
